Ultra Clean Holdings (UCTT) swooned in late trading after the semiconductor capital equipment company posted Q3 results in an 8-K filing with the SEC ahead of the release’s schedule 4:15 p.m. announcement time.
UCTT posted Q3 revenue of $118.5 million, with profits of 29 cents a share, below Street estimates at $120.4 million and 31 cents.
For Q4, the company sees revenue of $110 million to $115 million, with adjusted profits of 22-26 cents a share; the Street has been forecasting $124.9 million and 33 cents.
UCTT in the regular session fell $1.70, or 19.5%, to $7.
